Our brass band wished our fireman colleagues and musicians to 135th anniversary of fire brigade in Šamorín by our performace in city center at the local market on 16th October which was held within Brass Band Parade.

Within two-hours program were included Czech polkas and waltzes, as well as Slovak or English songs. The other songs, which sounded, were popular world hits as One Moment in Time from Whitney Houston, one of hits from Kill Bill or well-known Monty´s Czardas.

Our performance was accompanied by singing of outstanding singers and by the show of majorettes from Kolín.

This high level performance lead to lasting fellowship between Fireman Brass Bands from Lysá nad Labem and Šamorín.

The Czech musicians visited within this tour the thermal spa Velký Meder where they played in the afternoon. They also visited the hydraulic structure Gabčíkovo.
